L + M: FAIRYTALE DREAM

From the moment we first met Lisa and Matt, we knew that their wedding was destined to be extraordinary. Our planning journey began in April, and we raced against time to ensure their wedding took place by September. We encountered numerous challenges throughout the process, especially considering they had chosen one of the most coveted dates in 2023. However, our Lead Planner, Autumn, led the team with unwavering excellence and executed a flawless day. It was a tremendous honor for us to play a pivotal role in turning the Leach's dream into a reality.

Organizing a fully outdoor wedding is no small feat. Some of the key components it demanded included:

  • The expertise of two lead planners

  • Four dedicated day-of planning assistants

  • Coordination with 26 vendors, managing a total of 79 staff members

  • A staggering 426 hours of meticulous planning

  • Sending and receiving 357 emails

  • Convening for 39 meetings

These details don't even encompass the smaller intricacies, such as sourcing their cake knife, toasting flutes, designing and mailing invitations, communicating with guests about parking, tracking RSVPs, and arranging drivers for golf carts, among other tasks. We wholeheartedly recommend our full-service planning when you're attempting to execute an event on your own private property.

As we bid farewell, our hearts were full, and the memories we made with these clients will be cherished. I couldn't be prouder of the CJW team, especially Autumn, and all the vendors who united to create this truly incredible day.
